Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Certain items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our mistake. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider's policies. Some financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refund is posted to your account statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may require additional verification from your financial institution before processing a replacement refund.
